Kyria Chun-yin DAGORNE

Originally from Taiwan and now based in France, I am a certified coach (ICF-PCC) and trainer (PCM and CCI) with a deep understanding of the real-world challenges faced within multicultural companies, thanks to an international career. Passionate about supporting international professionals, I help them overcome obstacles and optimize their performance through coaching and training programs available in French, English, and Chinese.

I have gained extensive international experience as an expatriate executive at the L’ORÉAL headquarters in Paris. I held the position of International Marketing Manager within an SME and also worked as an independent consultant in international organization and marketing. This background has given me a clear understanding of the critical importance for managers to find their place within an international organization to ensure their success.

I firmly believe that the question “Who am I?” determines the answer to “What do I do?” when it comes to creating real change or advancing professionally. My journey in personal development began in 2009 through a mentorship program at L’ORÉAL for employees, followed by partnering with HR during reorganizations, and ultimately earning certifications in coaching and training. I draw on all my expertise and experiences to guide international talents toward their full potential.
